Paying your rent is easy and Convenient! Please follow these simple steps:
- Make check or money order payable to Housing Authority of Covington. CASH NOT ACCEPTED.
- Detach and include the top portion of your rent statement with your payment.
- Place rent and payment remittance in an envelope. We have a convenient drop box located in or near the lobbies of our Golden Tower and Latonia Terrace communities.
- Keep the bottom portion of your rent statement for your records, along with your check number or money order receipt.
Payments for New Site Properties (NSP): Payments may be made by check or money order payable to Housing Authority of Covington and may be brought to the Golden Tower office during business hours or dropped in the drop box located in the lobby.
Payments for Eastside Revitalization 1 (ESR1): Payments may be made by check or money order payable to ESR1 and may be brought to the Golden Tower office during business hours or dropped in the drop box located in the lobby.
Payments for Academy Flats: Payments may be made by check or money order payable to Academy Flats and may be dropped in the drop box located across from Apartment 1 or may be brought to Golden Tower office during business hours or dropped in the drop box located in the lobby.
If the 7th of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, rent must be paid the business day prior, to avoid applicable late fees. When the 7th falls on a business day, the rent must be paid no later than 4:30pm at the end of the business day. Payments received after 4:30pm will be considered late.
