Work Orders – Covington Housing Authority

Residents may submit routine, non-emergency maintenance work order requests online. Please provide adequate detail so our dedicated staff will be better able to process your work order. If you are in need of emergency service, please do not use this form and make your request by phone.

Residents may phone in their work order requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

After regular business hours, maintenance staff will be dispatched to address emergency situations only. Submitting a work order online or by phone indicates that maintenance staff can enter your apartment to complete the work even if you are not home. In case of an emergency, maintenance staff will enter your residence to mitigate the issue.
